Have the yard free of toys
Clear off clutter from back deck/patio

Inside:
Clear off the coffee table
Clear off the refrigerator
Clear clutter off kitchen counters
Have dishes out of sink
Hide your pet dishes and beds

General areas to be photographed:
Exterior, front and back, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, recreation room, master bedroom
